42 out after round one

Ahmedabad: The first round of the 2nd TAEGA Cambay Match Play Knockout Challenge came to an end on Monday where more than 42 golfers have been knocked out. Match play format is gaining more popularity but it is also very competitive as golfers are in direct competition with each other which is not the case in stroke play.

Ragesh edge out Munjal

 

   Ragesh Vasa sneaked past Munjal Jaikrishna via sudden death to advance into the second round of TAEGA Cambay Golf tournament at the Cambay golf course in Gandhinagar on Monday.    Ragesh had a handicap of 7 while his opponent finished with a handicap of 16.
